What should l do if l can't copy files to or read files from the hard drive when connected toiPhone?
1. Connect the hard drive to a computer and check if the hard drive is formatted in exFAT format. If not, you will need to back up all the files on the hard drive and format it to exFAT format.
2. If the hard drive is also not recognized when connected to a computer, try checking it using Disk Management or other disk utility tools on a Windows computer to see if it can be detected. If it still cannot be recognized, there may be a hardware issue with the hard drive.
