    Does it support phones before iPhone 15?

    No. Phones before iPhone 15 use Lightning interface and do not have direct storage function. Our new product P10 Plus supports Apple devices with Lightning interface (iOS 13.0 and above)

    When using an SSD teating software,I cannot achive the sequential read and write speed of 550MB/s.Why is that?

    Different testing software may yield different results. When using CrystalDiskMark for testing, the sequential read and write speeds can reach 550MB/s.

    What should I do if I can't copy files to or read files from the hard drive when connected to iPhone 15?

    1. Connect the hard drive to a computer and check if the hard drive is formatted in exFAT format. If not, you will need to back up all the files on the hard drive and format it to exFAT format.2. If the hard drive is also not recognized when connected to a computer, try checking it using Disk Management or other disk utility tools on a Windows computer to see if it can be detected. If it still cannot be recognized, there may be a hardware issue with the hard drive. Please contact the technical support team at support@aiffro.com, provide details of the situation, and include the order number.

    Why can't P08 be recognized on the phone?(P08 is an SSD used on the phone)

    For Android system phones: You can directly see the notification in the notification bar that an external storage is connected.For iPhone: Please open the "Files" app on your phone, click browse to see if you can find a disk named Aiffro. If you don't see it, please contact Aiffro technical support.

    Why is the transfer speed extremely slow when using the built-in date cable of iPhone 15 to connect the hard drive?

    The built-in data cable of iPhone15 only supports USB 2.0, which cannot achieve the transfer speed of USB 3.2. Therefore, the speed will be significantly slower.
